Hello Friends!

I can't believe it's almost March...Springtime is among us! All is well in my household. My little girl just turned 1 and I can't believe how time flew! My heart kind of aches because I realize that she just keeps getting bigger and bigger and I want her to just remain my little girl for as long as possible. However, if you ask my Daddy...I will always be his little girl, so I'm sure that will be the case with my little Emma.

Starting this Wednesday, I will officially start a new show here in Nashville! The theatre is right by the Grand Ole Opry and it's a combination of some great rock n' roll oldies and country. It should be alot of fun and I'm looking forward to being able to sing right here in Nashville. Due to the fact that I'm now a Mom and I want to be at home with her, this show will be perfect for me! I continue to get alot of work singing demos for some top songwriters here in Nashville and I'm still writing alot. I'm looking forward to an upcoming write with a fellow TU alum, Don Derby. He has a spectacular voice and we're hoping to write a killer duet. I will also be going into the studio at the first of March to record my new song, "She's Too Young To Be An Angel." I wrote this tearjerker with the amazing, Jan Linville and we plan on presenting it to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital once it's finished. We wrote it during the time Emma was in the NICU and it really helped me put some of my worries and fears down on paper and it led to a gorgeous song. My wish is that it will bring hope to all parents who go through that kind of experience.

I continue to do my work with FFE and feel blessed everyday that I can be a small part of the wonderful family FFE has been to me over the last few years. I love hearing from all of you drivers out there and it is an absolute JOY to meet all of you at Driver Appreciation Week and other festivities that bring me to the Dallas area. I will continue to update you on the happenings with FFE and you can still download the 2010 calendar on my website and on FFE's website!! I'm also still selling my newest CD, "Sign of Things to Come" and would be happy to sign it and send an autographed picture right along with it! Be on the lookout for new music in the future!!

God Bless all of you and I hope the warmer weather brings a smile to all of your faces!!

Love,

Natalie

Hey there friends! Thought I would update all of you on everything that's been going on in my life and in my music. Life couldn't be better and my husband and I are enjoying our baby girl to the fullest! I can't believe she's 8 months old now. She's at a really fun stage right now and she makes me laugh constantly...very good for the soul.

I'm getting prepared for a whirlwind of show dates and traveling and very excited about it all! I leave in a week for Dallas to perform at the International Trucking Show and Driver Appreciation Week. I look forward to seeing all my good friends at FFE and seeing all my trucker fans there. They are the best fans in the world! I'm so blessed to be able to have my music listened to by the most hardworkin' people in the world! I love appreciate week because it's a wonderful way to say "thank you" to all of them and express my gratitude for what they do.

I'll also be in OKC to see family and to perform with my sister at The Rodeo Opry in OKC on November 7th. I can't wait! I love performing there cause I've been doing so since I was a kid and it makes me feel at home. In between all of those shows, I'm making a one day stop back in Nashville to record several songs in the studio! The traveling might kill me but wouldn't want to do anything else with my life :)

As the leaves start to change here in Nashville, it makes me think of Thanksgiving and how it's not too far away. It makes me realize how thankful I truly am and I want to send out a special "thanks" to all of my fans who have stuck by me and supported me. I could not do this without you and your love is a true blessing in my life. I'll continue to keep you posted on everything that's going on with my music and I look forward to posting some new songs. I'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback!

Love Always,

Natalie

Hello Friends!

This summer has been all about raising the most beautiful girl in the world! Okay, I'm biased but she really is a beautiful girl. She also has a sweet spirit and melts our hearts with her smile. I can't tell if she's going to be a singer or not...she mainly just coos and giggles at me. I'm really working on her though, singing every nursery rhyme I know to her! Emma is just doing amazing. We have her 6mo. appt. next week with all her pediatric doctors to just make sure she is progressing nicely (hmm...that makes her sound like a lab specimen or something)...they are going to check her developmental process and make sure she's where she needs to be. I think she's going to surpass all their expectations! My hubby and I are really looking forward to that!

I just got back from a wonderful trip to Dallas to work with FFE on some videos and a photo shoot for ad campains. I had a great time seeing my good friend Sherry Bass and all the wonderful people there. Sherry also took some amazing photos of my little girl as well...6months old and she's already a supermodel! I plan on returning back to Dallas for the International Trucking Show in November (I'll have the exact dates pretty soon). I hope to see many of you there!

Nashville continues to be so good to me. I'm getting great work with some top songwriters to sing their songs, I feel so blessed because it's the perfect gig for a new mom. I hate being away from Emma, so this allows me to be in town and make a good living. I just started back at songwriting a few weeks ago as well. My good friend Jan Linville and I wrote a killer song that we hope to pitch to Vanderbilt Children's Hopital once it's finished. After my ordeal with Emma, I had alot to say...songwriting is the best way for me to get my emotions out there.

Thanks to all of you for supporting my music and for purchasing the CD, "Sign of Things to Come". It's so wonderful to meet new fans. Don't forget to download the 2009 calendar...you still have almost half the year left!

Love Always,

Natalie Tidwell

Hello to my wonderful fans!

Wow! Where to do I begin? My world has completely changed since I last made a post. My husband and I welcomed our first child into the world on February 12th. Our little girl, Emma Rose, came 8 weeks early and so we practically lived at the Children's Hospital here in Nashville for over a month. It was a very scary time for all of us but we couldn't have been more blessed. Emma is now thriving and growing like a weed! She came into this world a tiny 3lbs., 2oz. but is now a whopping 7 and a half pounds! I say "whopping" because compared to what she started out...she's a whopper!

We brought our little girl home about 5 weeks ago and it's been wonderful but very stressful. As a new Mom, I'm facing all kinds of situations I never dealt with before...lack of sleep, trying to console an unconsoleable baby, having no time to myself, and just learning the ropes of being a parent. It is not easy! However, she's so beautiful and so sweet and when I look into her blue eyes (she got her Daddy's eyes!), all of it is worth it...well, most of the time :)

My music is still at the forefront of my mind even though I'm having to focus on other matters in my life. I have been lucky though. I've been doing lots of work for songwriters here in Nashville. In the last month, I've worked on 8 demos for some great songwriters. It's been great to keep working and singing, it's kept me somewhat sane.

I'm still working with FFE, which has been a blessing in my life. Sherry Bass and the whole team at FFE have been so supportive of my situation over these last months. I REALLY look forward to traveling to Dallas again this year to meet all of the wonderful truck drivers that have been so great to me since I became the spokesperson for this wonderful company. This week, I'm making a recording for the HR department at FFE to let all the drivers aware of the benefits available to them at FFE. If you haven't already, please download the 2009 Calendar posted on the home page of my website! Sherry and her team brought together an awesome calendar that features me each month. Pretty cool!

Thank you again for being so supportive of me and my music and I really appreciate all the prayers and words of encouragement I heard from many of you. Your love doesn't go unnoticed.

I'll keep posting on the happening's in my life! Keep coming back!

Love,

Natalie

To My Dear Friends~

I hope all of you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year and that 2009 brings many blessings to your life. As I look back on 2008, it was such an incredible year. I got to meet so many new faces while being the spokesperson for FFE and I look forward to another incredible year with them! They have some really exciting things going on in 2009...you just might see my face on the back of many of their trailers! Talk about the best rolling billboard ever! I enjoyed talking to so many of our drivers out there and just encouraging their hard work and letting them know how much they are appreciated. FFE is an amazing company and the people that work there, especially Sherry Bass, are some of the most gracious, most wonderful people I have ever met! I feel so fortunate to be a part of bringing their name to the forefront of our trucking industry. I was involved with so many great organizations, including BoxerStock in Atlanta, GA that raised money to help rescue and adopt the most adorable boxers (dogs that is.) I'm a huge fanatic for our animals, so any opportunity to use my talents to help our four legged friends is so worth it!! I have continued to work feverishly in Nashville recording and writing. I'm very excited for 2009!

On a personal note, I am expecting the most wonderful gift in 2009...my first child. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled. I believe being a mother will truly be my most important job. My schedule will be pretty light until she's here and I have had time to recover, but I don't plan on slowing down once we're in the swing of things! I plan on taking her into the studios with me...she's gonna love country music!

I appreciate your love and support and your prayers for this incredible journey I'm about to begin. I wish all of you love, happiness and time to be with those you love in the coming year...after all, that is what is most important in life.

Love,

Natalie

Hello Friends!

Here we are in May and summertime has begun! My life has been crazy busy but exciting. I just recently signed a one year contract with FFE Trucking to be their spokesperson. I will be doing web podcasts, print and commercial work, and a few concerts at the Trucking Show in Dallas, TX. I'm very excited about working with this company. Our truckers are the reason America runs. They are away from their families, on the road...day in and day out to keep America going. If it weren't for them, all of our lives would be different...we take for granted all the things we have in our lives due to the man behind that semi. I am proud to be sponsoring our truckers and FFE, it's a wonderful company.

I will soon have my CD, "Sign of Things to Come", for sale on my myspace page (myspace.com/natalietidwellmusic) and right here. I will autograph every CD, so keep coming back for more info. Thanks again for all your love and support!

Sincerely,

Natalie Tidwell

Hello Everyone!

Hope summer was wonderful for all of you. I can't believe we're getting into the fall season. I've been keeping busy with working in the studio on my next project. I will be putting up some of the songs on my myspace page to get feedback from fans. These are pre-production (me and the guitar) tracks so keep that in mind. I do believe that the fans will pick the best songs so go to www.myspace.com/natalietidwellmusic in a week and listen to those songs. I'll add two new ones and then in a few more weeks, I'll add another two new songs. I'm hoping that we get full production songs by the end of the month...very exciting!! By October, we'll be pitching to labels so keep me in your prayers. This is what I'm meant to do.

Love Always,

Natalie

Hey Everyone!

Long time no website chat! Life has been great and very busy and I've been busy starting what I think will be the best demo I will ever record. I'm working with two very talented people in the business and we will be going into the studio to record a demo and then eventually (probably late summer) pitch that demo to labels. I know many of you are always asking what steps I'm taking to get a record deal and that's a rough draft of what's happening, but it's such an intricate, complicated process. I think this is going to be my year! :)

I'm also still writing quite abit and just finished a song with Jan Linville that I think is going to be a killer tune! I'll probably go in the studio in about a week or so to record that. If any of you get to Nashville, come see me perform at Fuel every Wednesday around 7:30pm. If you can't be in Nashville, check out www.fuelsecondavenue.com and watch me sing live!

Thanks again for your continuing support of my career. I couldn't carry on without the love and support from friends and family.

"If you want to be given everything, give everything up" You'll only grow weak if you put your faith in everything material but putting your faith in God will bring you an abundance of everything you need.

Love,

Natalie

Hey Everyone!

Life has been so unbelieveably busy here in Nashville, but that's a good thing, right? I'm now back in the throw of things here now that the music business is back to ordinary from the long holiday break (they do that here in Nashville). I've been busy singing with a band called Hoffman. We just finished a few performances at the Wildhorse Saloon and we will be doing more closer to the summer. The Wildhorse is a phenominal place to perform and any of you visiting Nashville should check that place out if you can. I'm now also back into full rehearsals with the Elle Revue. We are getting ready to start a full tour this year and playing for casinos all over the U.S. plus a few performances here in Nashville. I'm still enjoying the girls I work with and it's such a fun show...check us out!

My main focus, however, is my own career. I'm writing as much as possible with great writers such as Larry Wayne Clark, Chuck Floyd, Chip Martin, Jan Linville, Dennis McCall, Jeff Walters, and Queenie Mullinax to name a few. They are such huge supporters of my career and I feel fortunate to write with them. I'm also taking up guitar lessons. It will help me tremendously in the writing factor but more than that, I can play out without having to find someone to play for me. Sometimes I can just kick myself for not agreeing to take lessons when I was younger (my parents offered all the time) but I was too busy with my social life and singing everywhere but I guess singing all the time helped me too. Nashville is all about hitting the pavement and digging in the trenches and that's what I'm doing. I'm surrounding myself with good people. That's what counts.

I recently lost my grandpa and I will always have a special place in my heart for him. It wasn't just losing him that made me so sad, it was the thought that in perhaps 20 years, we might lose that whole "Greatest Generation". It's so hard for me to imagine that at one point we will not have one living soul on this planet who experienced WW1 or the trials and tribulations of that era. Call up your Grandma and Grandpa today and make sure you ask all kinds of questions about their life and experiences. I don't want their stories to be lost. He truly lived in the Greatest Generation and I already miss him so much.

Love Always,

Natalie

Merry Christmas Everyone!

I can't believe that Christmas is almost here. I had a wonderful Thanksgiving in Oklahoma with my family and friends and I will be traveling back to the great state of Oklahoma for the Christmas holidays and to celebrate my lit'l brother's wedding. He's not all that little anymore but I can't believe he's stepping into this chapter of his life. I will celebrate yet another birthday in a week. I remember looking forward to that day all year, now I wish I could just make it go away or at least celebrate it without gaining any new lines, crows feet around the eyes, or a slower metabolism. Oh well. I feel blessed everyday to be where I am and to be doing what I love so if I'm getting older while I'm doing it then maybe I'm doing it just alittle wiser.

The Elle Revue show had it's last show of the year on December 1st. We had such a crowd! Las Vegas was wonderful and we have many prospects for show bookings, including a show in Japan! How exciting will that be? I will keep you posted on all that. I will be traveling back to Orlando to perform for Siemens Medical Group in January and will be performing for the Oklahoma Governor's Ball in January too.

We will be adding two new songs to the website so check back to listen to those and I now have a music page up on MySpace. Please check it out! Go to www.myspace.com/natalietidwellmusic.

Thank you so much for your continued support and love. I especially feel so blessed during this time of the year when we focus on things that really matter in life, but I feel blessed for my fans and family and my friends all year round.

Merry Christmas and Happy 2007!

Natalie

October 24, 2006

Hello Natfans!

I can't believe it's already almost November! I've been so busy with my shows and demo work, time is flying by so fast. November is going to be such a crazy month for me but I'm so excited. Orlando, Las Vegas, shows in Nashville and then off to Oklahoma for Miss South OKC, I'm keeping busy. Plus, Thanksgiving is just around the corner and I get to do my favorite thing in the world...be lazy with family and friends. I hope that all of you have a wonderful November and Thanksgiving holiday. It's a time to be thankful for all the blessings we have. No matter how difficult life might get sometimes, I know that all of us can find those blessings that make the hard times easier to bare.

I'm going into the studio to record a new song this month and I hope to have a sample up on this website as soon as it's mixed and mastered. I'm also cowriting with some great writers and it's very exciting to see a song that I wrote come to life. What a wonderful feeling! I'm not great at it yet, but I can see why those who do it well can't do anything else. It fills you up inside. Singing does that for me. Songwriting is such an amazing gift. Not sure that God gave me the gift of songwriting, but it doesn't hurt to find out! How do we know the gifts we are given until we open the box?

I know I had you all praying for me for an important audition. Well, I did not get the part but it's okay. I feel there is a reason and I'm meant to do other things. Prayer is an amazing thing. I appreciate it so much and you don't have to stop keeping me in your prayers. This business is so tough, that I need them. I feel very lucky that I've been given so much already in my career but I definitely need your love and support.

Thank you for everything,

Natalie

September 15, 2006

I had a showcase at Billy Block's Western Beat at 12th and Porter Tuesday night. It went great! I'm part of a band called Hoffman, lead by Jason Hoffman. We have another performance on Halloween and November 7th.

I had my last official show tonight at Gibson Showcase for a while. The owner of our show bought a new theatre for us and we will move there as soon as it's ready. Until then, we will be doing private party and corporate gigs.

I'm leaving this weekend for a nice vacation to Oklahoma for my one year wedding anniversary! It's gone by so fast, I can't believe it's already here. Marriage is wonderful. I'm in a business where its' sanctity is not always honored, but I believe it's the most wonderful gift God has given us as human beings. I feel honored and proud to have such a wonderful and supportive husband. As my mom always told me growing up, and I continue to hear her voice in my head today, "Marriage is a choice you make every day. Choose love." You don't just fall in and out of love with someone. It doesn't just happen, you choose it.

I'm getting ready to have one of the most important auditions of my life on October 3rd. I need all your prayers and good thoughts. I will let you know how it goes afterwards. Just put me in your prayers!

I'll keep you posted on October events soon!

Love,

Natalie
